Abstract
My topic is importance of sleep. As college students, our sleeping routine is not being emphasized a lot and most college students spend their nights either doing homework, having an all-nighter, going out and so on. we tend to face the effect of not having a good night sleep the following day. People tend to get drained, irritable and sleepy all day and wonder why this is happening. it the effects of having less than eight hours of sleep. I choose this topic to bring more light and emphasis on having a good, health sleep routine.
