It is vital for first year students to get on the right track and plan accordingly. College kids are expected to strive academically while balancing that with the new and unfamiliar. It is important for students to be productive by getting involved and doing things that bring them joy. Time flies by, next thing you know you're a senior. There are so many places and things in Cortland that I wish I knew about sooner in my college career.
