This lesson, Becoming Your Own Leader in College, explores how students can build leadership through self-reflection, independence, and involvement on campus. Drawing from my experiences at the Leadership Retreat and research on student leadership development, I discuss how college challenges help us grow confidence and responsibility. The goal is to show that leadership isn’t about titles, it’s about learning to guide yourself, connect with others, and continue growing both in college and beyond.
