SUNY Cortland has a distinguished athletic legacy associated with the institution. The C-Club (Cortland Club) created in 1960, honors Cortland alumni who have significantly contributed to the College, athletics, and their community. New members are honored annually into the Hall of Fame. C-Club is recognized as one of the most prestigious Hall of Fames of its size. Photographs, exhibits, and memorabilia also exist in the Hall of Fame Room in Park Center which was dedicated in 1998.
