Article on the Harriet Holsten Pool located in Park Center. Holsten served for 43 years in the Physical Education Department. She founded the synchronized swim club, served as a sorority mother, coach of the women's ski team, advisor for the Women's Athletic Association, as well as many other accomplishments.

The Holsten pool measures 45 feet x 50 meters with six lanes, a diving area, under water lighting, a scoreboard, and gallery seating for 1500 people.
