Abstract
Including People with Disabilities in Camp Programs is the result of a project by the National Camp Executives Group in conjunction with camp directors and administrators affiliated with the National Easter Seal Society, an organization that has a longstanding history of providing quality camping experiences for campers of all abilities. This 144 page book is divided into an introductory section that provides information about the historical background and legal context of the "inclusion movement," an activity section in which eleven camp activities are profiled for their adaptability to include all campers, and a resource section that provides contact information for organizations and companies that provide information, products, or services that will aid camp personnel in their efforts to include campers with disabilities.
